Trainings Agile (Scrum / SAFe)

Some processes require a lot of interaction between different departments or with the customer to achieve a good end result. The dependency between these parties is great and therefore good cooperation is essential. These types of processes are mainly found in service and administrative organizations and where ICT or innovation play an important role.

Agile Scrum is the approach in which traditional thinking, to work in one big step towards the intended end result, is abandoned. With Scrum, the improvement or design is shaped by working in small steps towards the end result. In other words, together with the relevant parties, step by step learning by doing! In addition, variants of Scrum or additions to Scrum are useful. Think of Kanban, SAFe, LeSS etc.

Target audience

The training is primarily intended for managers and employees who are involved in setting up and executing projects and who will (soon) have to deal with, or are still exploring, the possibilities of Agile and Scrum, etc. This training is suitable for anyone who wants to get started with Scrum.

No specific prior education is required to participate in this training.
