Scrum

This is a 3-days training in which we handle both the role and ScrumMaster and that of ProductOwner. We do this by using the practical case of the Product Owner course training. Where the Scrum Master acts as a coach and the Product Owner will exercise its own role. This intensive training will take 3 days and the participant will then be able to obtain both his certification for ScrumMaster and that of Product Owner via Scrum.org.

The advantage of this training is understanding between the Product Owner and the ScrumMaster. Furthermore, people are faster able to put both certification and knowledge into practice.

PSPO

It's ultimately up to the Product Owner to maximize the value of the work done to serve

customers, users, and the organization. How well you meet the challenges, responsibilities and

tasks of this crucial role determines failure or success. This Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) training (taught in Dutch or English) covers a product owner's role and accountability within an organization and the Scrum team. Explore the challenges Scrum implementations encounter worldwide and gain the skills and knowledge you need to excel in product ownership. Working in teams, you'll learn and apply Scrum principles through assignments, discussions, and hands-on exercises and return to work thinking in Scrum.
