Applied SAFe®

Applied SAFe® is a fully fledged implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) as an executable process model. It serves as your own customizable instance of

SAFe®, the defacto standard to bring agility at scale. Applied SAFe® is

implemented as a comprehensive, executable process model. It includes all

roles, activities, templates, guidelines, milestones, and phases as defined by

the SAFe® methodology in order to bring the framework to life, including

metrics and tailoring. Applied SAFe® is a “ready to go with” implementation

and allows organizations to start using the framework immediately within the SAFe® framework.

 

Building cyber-physical systems is a complex thing and is becoming increasingly software reliant, there is a growing demand for best practices to address conceptual and process incompatibilities between systems and software. SAFe bridges that gap, and does so in a way that is more modular, scalable, and adaptable than prior versions.
